Access On-Demand is a pilot program for select Access customers. It provides same day, on-demand shared rides in Metro Flex vans. Riders are picked up within about 30 mins of booking a ride.
Convenient: Metro Flex Access On-Demand runs on YOUR schedule. Metro Flex wheelchair accessible vehicles are available.
Fast: Booking a ride is fast and easy! You can use the Metro Flex app on your smartphone, call the booking line and speak to an operator, or opt for the web portal on a computer.

- People 65 or older and people with disabilities can ride at a reduced rate with a Regional Reduced Fare Permit (RRFP). Please visit King County Metro's Reduced Fare website or call 206-553-3000 to learn more about ORCA RRFP.
- A low-income adult fare (ORCA LIFT) is available to adult riders with incomes at or below 200% of the Federal Poverty Level. Those receiving Apple Health Medicaid, WIC and Basic Food are eligible.
